Re-write the sentences using the word given in brackets, so that the second sentence has the same meaning as the first:
1.- Please don't smoke in this room. (rather)
1.- ............................ in this room.
2.- What a shame. There's no beer left. (wish)
2.- .....................beer left.
3.- What a shame. They ate all the food. (wish)
3.- .................................. all the food.
4.- Leave the shop or I'll the police. (unless)
4.- I'll call the police ....................
5.- Helen suddenly realized that the neighbour was watching her.(watched)
5.- Helen realized .............................................. the neighbour.
KEY
1.- I'd rather you didn't smoke
2.- I wish there was/were some
3.- I wish they hadn't eaten
4.- unless you leave the shop
5.- that she was being watched by
